IBM Lotus Notes

Sorry for the confusion there may be. But I want to configure the lotus domino server, to disable selected accounts in accessing their webmail. We tried to go to Properties (database) and checked Cannot connect to URL option. It works for a while, but the next time we looked on the properties, Cannot Connect to URL option is again unchecked. We did not able to figure out why it was so, most likely new properties cannot be saved.
